HOME REMEDIES TO DEAL WITH COLD

  • Rest – it is better to rest for a couple of days rather than follow up the routine. It will help in the speedy recovery and also prevents the chance of spreading to people whom you meet. The common cold is primarily contagious, so it is best to rest and keep oneself warm for early recovery.
  • Intake of Vitamins – it is mainly observed that consuming food rich in vitamins helps speedy recovery. Like bell peppers, carrots, limes, oranges, grapefruits, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables, lemons are a good source of vitamin C, and other essential vitamin-rich nutritional food can contribute to enhancing the immune system.
